"TREATING EACH CLIENT LIKE THEY ARE MY ONLY CLIENT"

Professional Bio

Specializing in acreage, development opportunities, and complex real estate transactions across 20+ cities and towns throughout British Columbia.

Combining real estate expertise with lending, strategic financing, and hands-on experience in structured and investment-driven deals.

Trusted by clients navigating complex purchases, tight timelines, and high-stakes transactions.

Real estate has been a defining focus of my life since my early twenties. I’ve always believed that home ownership is one of the most powerful tools for long-term financial security, and that belief continues to drive how I serve my clients today.

I recently obtained my Managing Broker’s License through the UBC Sauder School of Business and am currently licensed as an Associate Broker. This advanced licensing strengthens my ability to guide clients with a high level of professionalism, regulatory knowledge, and strategic oversight.

To better support my clients, I also became a licensed mortgage specialist. This dual expertise allows me to approach every transaction with a deeper understanding of financing, deal structure, and long-term planning—something my clients rely on when making important decisions.

My own experience purchasing a home reinforced how complex and emotional the process can be. Working with a patient, knowledgeable REALTOR® showed me the true value of guidance done right—and ultimately shaped how I work with my own clients.

Since entering the industry in 2013, I have built my business almost entirely through referrals. I’ve guided clients through a wide range of transactions including foreclosures, investment properties, fix-and-flip projects, and first-time home purchases.

My background in construction and hands-on renovation experience provides practical insight that extends beyond the typical real estate transaction. Having lived on acreage for over a decade and viewed hundreds of rural properties, I bring a specialized understanding of rural and lifestyle real estate. In recent years, I’ve also expanded into property development and new project marketing.

I take a highly personal approach with every client. This is not a volume business—it’s relationship-driven. My clients’ best interests become my own, and many relationships naturally evolve into long-term friendships.

Integrity, accountability, and clear communication are the foundation of everything I do. I take pride in guiding clients through the entire process with confidence, clarity, and a steady hand.

Personal Bio

I was born in 1984 and raised in the Lower Mainland as the oldest of four brothers by a single mother—an upbringing that instilled responsibility and resilience at an early age. I graduated with honours from Dr. Charles Best Secondary in Coquitlam and continued my education through Douglas College, Sprott Shaw College, and the University of British Columbia, with a focus on business and marketing.

My wife and I have been together for over two decades and married in 2015. We have two children, born in 2016 and 2019. Family is at the core of everything I do, and my career path was intentionally built to allow me to be present during those important early years.

My oldest son was diagnosed with autism at a young age, and having the flexibility to be actively involved in his development has been incredibly meaningful for our family.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with family and friends—often at the lake enjoying watersports throughout the warmer months. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me working on projects around our property in Stave Falls, Mission.

THERE REALLY IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME

Home buyers service

If you didn't already know a buyer does not usually pay for REALTOR® services, the seller offers a commission to their agent and then that commission is shared with the buyer’s agent. In most cases, if a buyer chooses to use me as their agent, I can offer possible cash incentives.

Whether you're a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, I'm committed to guiding you through the buying process. There are many important questions to consider when purchasing a home so contact me to discuss further. Avoid time-consuming and costly mistakes and put my experience to use

Selling your property

I like to be upfront with my prospective clients so let's talk sales commissions. Every property has its merits and this creates a unique scenario for the marketing process. Every seller has a right to be informed of the possible outcomes given the circumstances. We will build a marketing plan based on a commission structure that is clearly outlined prior to any commitments or obligations.

Commissions are typically split 50/50 with the buyer's Agent. If I sell without another Agent then additional cash incentives are possible. Please contact me to discuss possible cash incentives. It's important to work with an experienced REALTOR® when selling your most valuable asset
