I like to be upfront with my prospective clients so let's talk sales commissions. Every property has its merits and this creates a unique scenario for the marketing process. Every seller has a right to be informed of the possible outcomes given the circumstances. We will build a marketing plan based on a commission structure that is clearly outlined prior to any commitments or obligations.

I typically choose to split sales commissions 50/50 with the buyer's Agent. If I sell without another Agent then additional cash incentives are possible. Please contact me to discuss possible cash incentives. It's important to work with an experienced professional when selling your most valuable asset.

If you didn't already know a buyer does not usually pay for REALTOR® services, the seller offers a commission to their agent and then that commission is shared with the buyer’s agent. In most cases, if a buyer chooses to use me as their agent, I can offer possible cash incentives.
